Founder and Vision Lead Shapes the vision, drives strategy, leads partnerships, guides product and brand development. Marketing and Sales Builds the brand, grows the community, runs campaigns, and develops partnerships with studios and events. Operations and Finance Ensures smooth daily operations, manages budgets, structures processes, and supports scalable growth.
