Since moving to the UK 15 years ago, I’ve been immersed in the food industry, but my passion began 23 years ago with my first batch of kimchi. In 2019, I turned that obsession into a brand. Since 2012, I travelled across South Korea, learning authentic fermentation directly from local mothers, chefs, and Kimchi masters. Having championed Korean cuisine in the UK since 2013, I’m proud to turn a lifelong passion into a thriving brand at a time when Korean culture is finally taking center stage.
