Founding CTO (Co-Founder) – Intelligence Systems Inspired by the Human Brain

I am building a next-generation AI company focused on creating intelligent systems that learn, adapt, and evolve in a way closer to how the human brain processes, decides, and improves over time. This is not about scaling existing models — this is about redefining how intelligence itself is engineered.

I am looking for a Founding CTO who is deeply driven by first principles, neuroscience-inspired thinking, and building fundamental systems from the ground up. This is a true co-founder role, not an employee position.

Your Mission
  • Design and architect core intelligence systems inspired by learning, memory, perception, and decision-making in the human brain
  • Lead deep technical research and translate it into real, working systems
  • Build the foundational architecture for adaptive, continuously learning intelligence
  • Own all major technical decisions, system design, and long-term roadmap
  • Build and lead the founding technical team
  • Work side-by-side with the founder on core IP, strategy, and product direction
Ideal Background & Skills
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML, computational neuroscience, cognitive science, systems engineering, or applied mathematics
  • Deep understanding of learning dynamics, memory systems, optimization, and adaptive behavior
  • Experience building complex systems from scratch (zero to one)
  • Comfort with research uncertainty and unexplored technical territory
  • Ability to think in biological inspiration + engineering execution
  • High ownership mindset with long-term startup commitment
