About Us:
We are building an AI-powered, all-in-one SaaS platform for jewelry businesses, streamlining inventory, sales, and customer management. Our mission is to empower jewelers with smarter tools to grow their business.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a technical co-founder to lead product development, architecture, and technical strategy. This is a hands-on, equity-driven role where you will shape the future of the product and company.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and scale the SaaS platform (front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud deployment)
- Integrate AI features to automate and optimize operations
- Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap, and technical decisions
- Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability
- Manage any future engineering hires and contractors
Requirements:
- Proven full-stack development experience
- SaaS and cloud architecture expertise
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration
- Startup experience or strong product mindset
- Founder-level ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Equity:
Significant co-founder equity (negotiable based on experience and contribution)
